Foil-wound low voltage coils live or die on edge quality and gauge consistency. This category covers 1050, 1060 and 1070 aluminium foil and strip from 0.2 to 3.00 mm thick and 20 to 1500 mm wide, slit to the exact coil width so your winder does not have to trim on the machine.
C1100 oxygen-free copper foil and strip for high current windings.
Where current density leaves no room for aluminium, C1100 copper foil and strip carries the load. Oxygen content below 0.02%, purity of 99.95% or higher, conductivity at or above 99 %IACS and tensile strength over 193 MPa, in gauges from 0.2 to 3.0 mm and widths from 50 to 1350 mm.

Enamelled rectangular wire, also called magnet wire or winding wire, is a copper or aluminium conductor coated with an insulating film that prevents turn-to-turn shorts. Conductor thickness runs 0.8 to 5.6 mm, width 2.00 to 16.00 mm, with a width to thickness ratio of 1.4:1.
