Transformer winding material cut to the width your coil shop actually runs
Aluminium and copper foil, copper strip, enamelled rectangular wire and grain-oriented silicon steel - slit to size, burr free and round edged, with no minimum order quantity.
Four material families, one order
Core steel, foil, strip and magnet wire come off the same quotation, cut to the dimensions your coil shop runs.

Production to order
There is no minimum order quantity. Where an item and its processing carry a minimum production run, that is stated in the quotation rather than discovered after the order.
International standards
Production runs to international standards such as ASTM, EN, JIS and GB for the various grades of aluminium product, with IEC and BIS practice applied where the order calls for it.
Edge condition as a specification
Every roll is checked so that it carries no burrs and no scratches and has a round edge suited to transformer winding.
Freight that suits the job
Sea, air and land transport. Lead time is normally 10 to 30 days depending on the order, and the warranty period is 12 months after delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Why choose this supplier?
Production runs strictly to international standards such as ASTM, EN, JIS and GB for the various grades of aluminium product, and every roll is checked so that it carries no burrs and no scratches and has a round edge suited to transformer winding.
How do I get a quotation?
Reach out by email, WhatsApp or telephone with the code, inner diameter, thickness, width and weight you need.
What is the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and the processing there may be a minimum production run, but a quotation can be issued based only on the quantity you need.
What is your lead time?
Normally 10 to 30 days, depending on the order.
What makes the price of aluminium change?
Aluminium is traded like all metals and is subject to market price fluctuation based on supply, demand and many other factors.
What is the warranty period?
12 months after delivery.
How do you ship?
By sea, air or land freight, chosen to suit the quantity and the deadline.
