Automobile Catalyst
Product Overview
Exhaust emissions from gasoline engine operations are comprised of CO, hydrocarbons (HC) and Nitrogen oxides (NOx). Gasoline engine operation is controlled at very narrow air/fuel ratio which is close to proper value so the emissions of CO, HC and NOx can be removed simultaneously on three way catalytic converters.
PRUITING® ceramic catalyst are based on the proprietary catalyst formulation of precious metal / base metal combination coated on ceramic honeycomb substrates. After coated with catalysts, this product is applied in catalytic converter of gasoline vehicle to catalyze, convert and purify the exhaust, making vehicle exhaust reaching Euro III,Euro IV and Euro V etc. emission standard both for OEM & Aftermarket.
PRUITING® coated substrates enable high emissions conversion systems by offering:
- Excellent substrate, aperture wall is thin, and its total area is larger than superficial area
- High performance, good thermal impact resistance and thermal shock resistance, good performance in cold start, low ignition temperature, quick temperature rise, little air resistance, and high conversion
- Low pressure drop
- 80,000 km Least Life Time
