Send a DWG, PDF or a photograph of the elevation. We return a shop plan with panel setting-out, fixing method and a quantity take-off before anyone commits to a price.
Packed for the journey
Oxidation and edge damage in humid marine transit is a known risk on aluminium. Export packing, protective film and moisture control are planned into the job rather than added at the end.

Drawing review
We check panel sizes, perforation ratio, thickness and fixing method against the substructure and the wind load you are working to.
Shop plan and sample
You receive a setting-out plan and, where colour matters, a coated sample on the actual alloy and finish before production starts.
Fabrication
Cutting, punching or routing, bending and accessory assembly run in-house, so panel geometry and tolerances stay under one roof.
Coating and packing
Powder or PVDF on the in-house lines, then protective film, corner protection and export packing suited to the destination climate.
