Mould-punched sheet for repeating, high-volume hole patterns
Hole punching sheet covers work produced on the mould punch presses rather than by CNC routing. Where a pattern repeats across a large area, punching through a mould is faster, holds the pitch more consistently and costs less per square metre than cutting each hole individually.
The eight punch presses carry roughly 120 hole moulds between them, which covers most standard round, square and slotted patterns. Where a project needs a pattern outside that library, the work moves to the CNC or laser range instead.
