Laser cutting produces a narrow kerf and a clean edge, which suits fine detail, small internal radii and artwork that would be impractical to punch. It is the route taken when a pattern is unique to one project and no mould exists for it.
Cut files are taken directly from your DWG or vector artwork, so the panel that arrives matches the elevation the architect drew rather than an approximation assembled from stock shapes.
