Brushed stainless steel letters
Fabricated 304 or 316 stainless letters, logos and numbers with a brushed or satin grain, laser welded and seamlessly polished. PVD gold finishing available.
Mirror polished stainless letters
Fabricated 304 or 316 stainless letters and logos with a polished mirror finish, handcrafted solder and superb seamless polishing. Chromed and PVD gold versions available.
LED channel letters
Illuminated channel letters with metal returns and an acrylic or resin face, CE, RoHS and UL rated LEDs over 40000 hours and a MEAN WELL driver. Trimless, low profile and faux neon versions available.

Choosing 304 or 316 stainless for sign letters
The choice is set by chlorides in the air, not by budget, and getting it wrong shows as rust streaks within a year.
Minimum stroke widths and what actually limits them
A thin stroke hits three separate limits at three different widths, and knowing which one a design crosses is what makes it buildable.
Fixing methods by substrate
The wall decides the fixing, and the fixing has to be settled before the letters are fabricated rather than on the day.
PVD gold, chrome and coloured finishes
PVD is a vacuum-deposited coating measured in microns; chrome is electroplating. They behave differently outdoors and cannot be touched up on site.
Specifying LED channel letters that survive their warranty
The driver, not the LED, decides how long an illuminated letter lasts, and the face material decides how it looks when lit.

Letter height, stroke width, finish and the surface it fixes to, checked before anything is quoted.
Material proposal
304 or 316, brushed or mirror, PVD or chrome, chosen for where the letters will actually be installed.
Fabrication
Laser welded or hand soldered depending on the finish, then polished until no seam shows at eye level.
Delivery
Packed with the stud pattern and a fixing template so the installer is not measuring on site.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build a very thin stroke?
Often yes, and complicated letters are what we are set up for. A very thin stroke has different thresholds for holding a return, welding without distortion and carrying an LED, and we will say which one your design crosses rather than quietly building it thicker.
Should I specify 304 or 316?
304 for interior and sheltered exterior work; 316 where chlorides are present, which means coastal sites, swimming pool areas and anywhere exposed to salt spray. Tell us where the sign is going and we will recommend rather than let you choose blind.
What do I get with the letters for installation?
The stud pattern and a fixing template, so the installer positions from the template rather than measuring on site. Getting that wrong costs access equipment and a second visit, which is why it ships with the letters rather than being left to the site.
Can you match letters supplied years apart?
That is what a rollout programme is for. Holding the same brushed grain direction, the same PVD batch reference and the same LED specification across a programme is a sourcing decision made once, not something inspection can recover later.
