A brand standard is only real if the twentieth store matches the first. Letterform is easy to hold because it comes from artwork; finish and illumination are not, because both drift with supplier, material batch and LED bin.
Keeping a rollout with one fabricator is how that is held. The same brushed grain direction, the same PVD batch reference and the same LED specification across a programme is a sourcing decision, not a quality inspection one.
