How aluminium facade panels are installed

Installation follows a fixed order: survey the structure as built, set out and level the substructure, fix brackets and rails, hang panels in numbered sequence, then set joints and inspect. The survey matters most, because the gap between the drawn structure and the built structure is what the bracket adjustment has to absorb. Panels are hung from the bottom up or in the sequence the setting-out drawing specifies, so joints stay consistent across the elevation.
