How It Is Built

Spacious Chamber Design

The upright Chamber configuration provides generous headroom and a more open interior than conventional horizontal chambers. Two configurations are available. The two-person model provides additional width for shared use while maintaining the same overall height and length.

  • 1-Person Version: 2000 × 980 × 1700 mm
  • 2-Person Version: 2000 × 1480 × 1700 mm

Precision Aluminum Alloy Structure

The chamber body is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, providing a rigid, stable structure with a clean modern appearance. The separable construction and four Foma wheels make transportation and positioning more convenient during installation. The exterior uses an automotive-style paint finish, with Apricot Gray + Light Gray as the standard color combination.

  • High-strength aluminum alloy body
  • Separable construction
  • 4 Foma wheels
  • Automotive-style paint finish
  • Standard colour: Apricot Gray + Light Gray

40 mm Transparent Polycarbonate Door

A 40 mm thick polycarbonate transparent door provides convenient access and clear visibility. Combined with the front and rear viewing windows, the transparent design brings more light into the Chamber and creates a brighter, more open interior.

  • 40 mm polycarbonate door
  • Front window: 350 mm
  • Rear window: 450 mm

Premium Interior Comfort

The interior is designed as a comfortable Chamber rather than a simple enclosure. The single-person version includes one electric seat, while the two-person version includes two electric seats.

  • Nappa-style upholstery
  • Eco-friendly flooring
  • Warm LED lighting
  • Electric seating
  • 24V interior electrical system

90 kPa Maximum Pressure

The Shell Series supports a maximum chamber pressure of 90 kPa. An integrated control system manages chamber pressure for smooth and stable operation.

Integrated Oxygen System

The chamber can be equipped with an Oxygen Times oxygen-generation system matched to the chamber capacity. Quick-connect interfaces simplify oxygen and airflow connections, while the oxygen headset connects through 6 mm tubing.

  • Single-person configuration: 10 L/min
  • Two-person configuration: 20 L/min
  • Quick-connect interfaces
  • Oxygen headset via 6 mm tubing

Multi-Layer Pressure Protection

The chamber incorporates multiple independent pressure-release systems. This layered configuration is designed to provide reliable pressure management during operation.

  • 2 automatic pressure-relief valve sets
  • 1 emergency pressure-relief valve
  • Internal pressure monitoring
  • Integrated pressure control

Efficient Equipment Integration

The Shell Series can be supplied with an integrated Three-in-One Control System, combining key operating components into a more compact equipment package. This integrated layout helps simplify installation while maintaining a clean overall appearance.

  • 10L system for the single-person version
  • 20L system for the two-person version
