Custom conductor development
You state the targets your finished cable has to hit; we work out the construction that hits all of them at once.
Most conductor enquiries arrive as a single number: a resistance, or a gauge. That is not enough to design against, because the constraints interact. Hitting a resistance is easy on its own and hard while also holding an outer diameter, a tensile strength and a flex life.
Send the whole set of targets and we will work out the foil width, lay length, core and plating that satisfies them together, or tell you which two are in conflict and need a decision from you. That second answer is more useful than a construction that quietly sacrifices one target.
