Product Range
Five conductor families, one engineering question: what does your cable have to survive?
Tinsel wire
Copper foil wound over a textile core, from 0.04 to 0.40 mm, for conductors that have to bend constantly without work hardening.
Speaker lead wire
Lead wire for the moving joint between voice coil and terminal, where the conductor swings every time the cone moves.
Copper stranded wire
Fine stranded copper built to a target resistance, outer diameter and tensile strength rather than to a nominal gauge.
Precision copper foil
Extremely fine copper foil, the same capability that makes the tinsel range, supplied as foil for customers who wind it themselves.
Heater wire
Resistance wire wound to a specified ohms per metre, for heated textiles, seats and equipment where the wire has to flex as well as warm.
Send us the targets your conductor has to hit
Tell us the resistance, outer diameter, tensile strength, swing and solderability targets together. Samples are available with no minimum order quantity.
