Heater wire
Resistance wire wound to a specified ohms per metre, for heated textiles, seats and equipment where the wire has to flex as well as warm.
A heating element in a seat or a garment is bent every time somebody sits down or moves. That makes it a flex problem as much as a resistance problem, which is why the same tinsel and stranding capability applies here.
