Cells
Grade A LiFePO4 cells only, graded in house before assembly.
Management
Top-brand smart BMS with Bluetooth, RS232, RS485 or CAN depending on the pack.
Published numbers
Capacity, case dimensions, BMS rating, IP rating and cycle life stated for every pack.
How we work
A factory, not a trading desk: OEM and ODM packs built to your case, label and BMS requirement.
Product Range
Eight battery groups for storage, backup and traction, each organised around the cases and voltages the application actually uses.
12V and 24V lithium batteries
Drop-in LiFePO4 replacements for lead-acid, from an 8Ah UPS block to a 400Ah house bank, with IP65 cases and Bluetooth monitoring.
Wall-mounted home storage batteries
Wall-mounted 51.2V home storage from 5 kWh to 30 kWh, 6000+ cycles, five-year warranty, IP54 on the wall-hung models.
Stackable lithium batteries
51.2V modules that stack from 5 kWh to 30 kWh, 6000+ cycles, with RS232, RS485 and CAN communication.
Rack mount lithium batteries
19-inch 51.2V modules at 5 kWh and 10 kWh, 6000+ cycles, IP54, for racks that have to stay serviceable.
48V lithium telecom batteries
48V server rack packs at 50Ah, 100Ah and 200Ah for base stations, exchanges and data centres, 6000+ cycles, 19-inch format.
Lithium golf cart batteries
48V and 72V packs at 100Ah, IP67, 3500+ cycles, 65 to 85 km on a full charge, drop-in for lead-acid and AGM.
12V automotive lithium batteries
H7, H8 and group 24 cases with automotive terminals for low-speed vehicles, light EV and solar. Energy storage, not engine cranking.
Commercial and industrial ESS
Liquid-cooled all-in-one 215 kWh and 232 kWh cabinets integrating LFP battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, thermal control and fire protection.
The Numbers Behind the Factory
Industries We Supply
The applications these packs are built for, and what has to be settled before an order in each one.
Residential solar storage
Wall-mounted and stackable 51.2V packs sized against the evening load rather than against the size of the solar array.
Telecom and data centre
48V rack packs specified by hold-up time at the real site load rather than by amp hours on a datasheet.
Golf carts and low speed vehicles
48V and 72V traction packs that drop into lead-acid and AGM trays without rebuilding the compartment.
RV, caravan and marine
12V and 24V house banks with IP65 cases and Bluetooth monitoring for installations that are hard to reach.
Commercial and industrial storage
Liquid-cooled 215 kWh and 232 kWh cabinets for peak shaving, solar storage and backup on sites where an outage is expensive.
Knowledge Centre
Selection guides written for buyers who have to size a pack, not for people browsing.
How to size a home battery without guessing
Sizing is arithmetic: the evening load in kilowatt hours plus whatever the household refuses to lose during an outage.
Calculating hold-up time for a 48V telecom site
Telecom backup is specified in hours at the real site load, not in amp hours, and the two are not interchangeable.
LiFePO4 versus lead-acid for deep cycle work
The comparison is not about capacity on the label, it is about usable capacity, cycle life and how each chemistry behaves at the end of a discharge.
Charging LiFePO4 correctly and what ruins a pack
Most premature LiFePO4 failures are charger and temperature problems rather than cell problems.
What a smart BMS actually does in a LiFePO4 pack
The BMS is not a fuse. It balances cells, enforces temperature limits, reports state of charge and decides how long the pack lasts.
Choosing between stackable and wall-mounted home storage
The decision is about whether the system will grow, not about which looks better on the wall.
How an Order Runs
Send the application and the load
What it powers, for how long, and which inverter or charger it has to work with.
Pack sized and confirmed
You get capacity, case dimensions, BMS rating, IP rating and cycle life in writing before you commit.
Cell grading and assembly
Cells are graded, matched and assembled in house, then fitted with the BMS specified for the pack.
Aging, test and inspection
Every pack is aged and tested before inspection and packing, all of it in house rather than subcontracted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use grade A cells or second-life cells?
Grade A only. Cells are graded in house before assembly, which is the step that decides whether a pack reaches its published cycle life or falls well short of it.
Will the battery communicate with my inverter?
Tell us the inverter brand and model before ordering. Packs are available with RS232, RS485 and CAN, and we confirm the protocol match in writing rather than leaving it to the installer to discover on site.
Can you build to our case, label and BMS requirement?
Yes. OEM and ODM work is a normal part of the factory's output, covering case, label, BMS choice and communication protocol.
Can a 12V automotive case pack start an engine?
No. Those packs use automotive case sizes so they fit the tray, but they are energy storage batteries for low-speed vehicles, light EV and solar, and are not intended for engine cranking.
Send us the application and the load
Tell us what the pack has to power, for how long, and which inverter or charger it works with. You will get a sized recommendation with capacity, dimensions, BMS rating and cycle life in writing.
