Model codes and frame size coverage
The vane and piston frame sizes we machine, from 20V and T6C to A11VO 500 and A2FM 1000, and how to identify a frame you cannot find on the list.
Coverage on the vane side runs from the 20V ring through 25V, 35V and 45V, the double frames from 2520V to 4535V, the VQ equivalents, the T6C to T7B mobile frames, the SQP1 to SQP4 singles and SQP21 to SQP43 doubles, and the compact V10, V20, V2010, V2020 and VTM42 units.
On the piston side, coverage runs across A2F, A2FO and A2FM in sizes 10 to 1000, A4VSO and A4V in 28 to 500, A4VG in 28 to 500, A6V and A6VM in 28 to 1000, A7V, A7VO and A8VO in 28 to 1000, A10VO and A10VD in 16 to 140, A10VG in 18 to 63, A11VO in 35 to 500 and A11VG in 35 to 50.
If a code is not on that list it does not automatically mean we cannot make the part. It means we need to measure a sample or work from a drawing before we quote, and we will say which of those two we need rather than quoting blind.
