We confirm the frame
An engineer checks frame, size, rotation and ports against what we machine, and says so plainly if it is outside our range.
Written quotation
Price, lead time and shipping date in one document, with the frame you are buying stated explicitly.
Machined, tested, shipped
Parts are lapped and matched as sets, bench checked where applicable, then packed for export.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you identify a pump if the nameplate is unreadable?
Usually yes. Send photographs of the pump from the port side and the mounting flange, and of the valve plate if it is already apart. Those three views identify most frames.
Do you supply single parts or only complete sets?
Both. Rotary groups and cartridge kits are supplied as matched sets because the clearances have to be set together. Cylinder blocks, valve plates, piston rings and similar wear parts are also sold individually.
Will the parts fit without modifying the machine?
That is the design intent. Mounting, shaft, ports, rotation and control have to match for a replacement to be a genuine drop in, and we check all five against your code before quoting.
Can you make parts for pumps that are out of production?
Obsolete and hard to find parts are a large part of what we do. If we can measure a sample or work from a drawing, we can usually machine it. Where we cannot, we say so rather than substituting something similar.
