What to Put in Your Order

1. Base type

   Tell us the model number from our product pages, for example TH111. If none of our bases is what you need, describe the base you want. Browse all models

2. Base size

   Let us know your base size, or send your template to our address. The template chart and how to make a template are on the chart pages. How to make a template

3. Hair style

   Freestyle is the most popular: the hair can be parted, directed or brushed back. Flat back, afro, left, center and right crown and part are also available.

4. Hair texture

   Indian hair, Chinese hair and Brazilian human hair are available. For gray hair, human hair and a mix of synthetic and human hair are both available.

5. Wave and curl

   Match the diameter of the curl in centimetres against our wave chart. See the wave chart

6. Density

   Match your density against our density chart. See the density chart

7. Hair length

   Regular hair length is 4 to 6 inches. If you want long hair, tell us.

8. Hair color

   Use the New Image Color Ring for men or the Women Hairpieces Color Ring. For highlights or a special percentage of gray, tell us, or send a hair sample. See the color ring

9. Front contour

   Match the front shape against our contour chart. The usual shapes are CC and A. See the contour chart

10. Special instructions

    Whether the lace knots should be bleached to invisible knots, whether you want a scalloped skin front, whether the underside should be thick skin or poly coated, and for a full cap wig the six exact measurements. See the measurement chart
