A vial, a stopper and a cap are one closure system, not three purchases. The stopper has to match the vial neck finish, the cap has to match the stopper flange, and a mismatch anywhere in that chain shows up as a seal failure on a filling line rather than as a dimensional complaint on receipt.
That is why the catalog groups them as a system. Ordering the three together from one source puts the matching problem on the supplier rather than on the fill-finish plant, which is where it is cheapest to solve and most expensive to discover.
Specify by the neck finish and the nominal volume, and tell us the filling equipment if you know it. Those three facts narrow the choice far more quickly than a description of the product being filled, which is information we do not need and would rather not hold.
