LED work lights
Square, rectangular and round auxiliary work lamps for machinery, trucks and off-road vehicles, including the SLL-8100 heavy duty series.
A work lamp on machinery is not switched on for an hour in the evening; it runs the length of a shift, in dust, with the engine bay radiating heat underneath it. That duty cycle, rather than the peak output, is what the housing and the driver have to be sized for.
Sunlitec work lamps use die cast aluminium housings that carry heat out of the LED board, polycarbonate lenses that survive stone strike, and potted drivers. The SLL-8100 series is the heaviest of the range, built for plant that runs long shifts in dust, vibration and heat.
Beam pattern is chosen by working distance rather than by preference. Flood illuminates the area immediately around the machine, spot reaches down a haul road, and combination lenses cover both where an operator moves between tasks without stopping to re-aim.
