Multi-site work where store twenty has to match store one, held by sourcing rather than by inspection.
A brand standard survives only if the finish and the illumination stay constant between openings. Brushed grain direction, PVD batch reference and LED specification all drift if a programme moves between fabricators.
Keeping a rollout in one workshop holds those three fixed. We record the specification against the programme rather than against the individual order, so a store opening three years later gets the same letters as the first.
