What we make
Men's dress and casual shoes, ladies' shoes, bags, belts and wallets, produced to the buyer's own design and label.
Who we serve
Footwear importers, wholesalers, retail chains and private-label fashion brands in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.
What problem we solve
Most buyers lose a season because design, sampling and production sit in three different companies.
Why buyers stay
Everything is developed, sampled and produced in the same Guangzhou facility, which keeps leather tone and branding consistent across a collection.
Product Range
Every line below is developed, sampled and produced in the same Guangzhou facility, which is what keeps leather tone and branding consistent across a collection.
Men's leather shoes
Dress and casual leather shoes for own-label menswear programmes, developed and sampled from your sketch or reference pair.
Ladies' leather shoes
Ladies' leather footwear developed alongside the matching bag and belt so a collection reads as one range.
Bags, belts and wallets
Matching leather accessories made from the same hides and dye lots as the footwear they accompany.
The Numbers Behind the Factory
Industries We Supply
Who buys from this factory, and what each of them actually needs the factory to get right.
Private-label fashion brands
Brands that own the design and the customer but not a factory, and need development and production in one place.
Importers and wholesalers
Buyers working to a container schedule and a landed cost, who need volume without losing consistency between shipments.
Retail chains
Multi-store programmes where a size run has to arrive complete and on the shelf date, not eventually.
Knowledge Centre
Reference material for own-label footwear buyers, written around the decisions that cost a season.
Leather types used in footwear and accessories
Full grain, corrected grain, split and bonded are different materials, not quality grades of the same one.
Shoe construction methods and what they mean for buyers
Cemented, Goodyear welted and injection construction differ in repairability, price and how the shoe ages.
Sizing and lasts for export footwear programmes
A size run is a grading decision made once on the last, and getting it wrong shows up as returns rather than as complaints.
A sourcing checklist for own-label footwear buyers
Six questions that determine whether a footwear programme lands on the shelf date or a season late.
Leather care and storage for retail stock
Most leather damage in a retail chain happens in the stockroom, not on the customer's foot.
How an Order Runs
Send the design
A sketch, a tech pack or a reference pair, with the target price and the season it is for.
Development and sampling
Last, leather and construction are developed in house, with the first sample in thirty days.
Approval and grading
Fit is corrected on the sample, then graded across the size run before production opens.
Production and export
Complete size runs are shipped together so a display goes out full on the shelf date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work to our design or offer your own?
Both. Production runs to the buyer's own design and label, and we also carry three of our own brands, so we can start from a sketch, a tech pack or an existing style you want adapted.
How long does a first sample take?
Thirty days. Because design, development and production sit in the same building, a fit correction after that first sample is a matter of days rather than another international round trip.
Can shoes and accessories be matched in colour?
Yes, because the accessories are cut from the same hides and dye lots as the footwear. Two separate suppliers working to the same colour reference will still produce visibly different browns.
Will a repeat order match the first one?
That is what one production base is for. At around three million pairs a year from a single facility, the fourth container is made by the same people on the same lasts as the first.
Send us the style you want made
A sketch, a tech pack or a reference pair is enough to start. You will get a sample in thirty days and one contact who carries the style from there to shipment.
