Sourcing and inspection
Customers are invited to inspect production at the factory, and where a visit is not practical we send photographs and video and accept third-party inspection.
A first order is a large commitment and photographs alone are thin evidence. Buyers are invited to the Suizhou base to see production, and many do, particularly for a first vehicle or a new body type.
Where a visit is not practical, the finished vehicle is photographed and, where there is equipment to test, operated before dispatch. Third-party inspection is accepted and we will work to the inspector's checklist rather than our own.
