Yes. All of our profiles are custom tailored. Send a drawing with the cross section and we manufacture to it. We produce a sample first for you to inspect and test.
Cold drawn cross sections run from 1 mm² up to 3800 mm² and hot rolled cross sections from 10 mm² up to 7000 mm². Profiles for tools can be produced in a diameter range between 1 mm and 50 mm.
Both. Delivery conditions include forged, normalised, rough machined, quenched and tempered, and our CNC machining centre can take the part to a finished component.
Send the part drawing and we will advise whether the part is best made as a profile, a forging or a casting, and which steel grade suits the application.
