Vials, stoppers and caps ordered as a matched set so the tolerance stack is the supplier's problem rather than the filling line's.
A fill-finish plant does not need three good components; it needs three that work together. Ordering them separately puts the stack-up risk on the plant, and the plant is the most expensive place in the chain to discover it.
Send the neck finish and the nominal volume, and the filling equipment if you can share it. We do not need to know what is being filled, and would rather not hold that information.
