Interior work rarely fits a standard size. A ring is too wide for the alcove, a finish has to match a joinery sample, or a fixture is too large to transport in one piece and has to be designed as joinable sections.

Because the benches are ours, those are changes rather than refusals. We will also say plainly where a change is not possible, which is more useful than a quotation that turns into a problem in production.
