A workshop set up for Japanese-level drawings
Our customers design the part and buy it finished. Most of them build machines in Japan, Europe and North America and need a Chinese supplier who can hold a Japanese-level drawing without being managed daily.
The workshop is organised around that: guide-bushing turning, driven tooling in-cycle, sequence decided by design rather than by machine availability, and one control plan per part. Those four choices are what let a drawing be met without daily supervision.
