After sales service visit to South Africa
Support on special vehicle equipment is hard to deliver from another continent once a fleet is in daily service, so our team travelled to the customer.
The fleet was already working every day, and the issues were with body equipment rather than the chassis, which meant the local dealer network could not help. Remote support by message and photograph had reached its limit.
Our team travelled to South Africa and worked on the vehicles in service. The visit settled the immediate problems and, more usefully, showed us how the equipment was actually being used, which fed back into how later vehicles for that customer were specified.

Buyers cannot judge build quality from photographs alone, and a first order is a large commitment, so customers are invited to inspect production themselves.
Truck with crane testing before delivery
A crane that has never been operated before shipment is a risk the buyer carries alone at the destination, so it is operated before it leaves.
