A mold shop and a molder in the same building
Four in-house divisions and 260 people take a medical component from 3D data through tooling, sampling and molded volume without outside subcontracting. The plant covers 16000 square metres in Shenzhen and has been in business since 2007.
The company began as a mold shop, which is why tooling accuracy rather than shot capacity is the number it leads with. A molder that did not cut its own steel would have to accept whatever tolerance arrived from the toolmaker.
