Step 1 Scope Tell us the room, the bed count and the examinations or procedures planned. Screen size, channel count and probe sets follow from that rather than from a catalogue page.
Step 2 Configure We set out which parameters are standard and which are modules, and which accessories are consumed per bed per day.
Step 3 Quote Equipment and first-fill consumables are quoted on one document, FOB Shenzhen with CFR or CIF on request.
Step 4 Confirm power and standards Mains voltage, plug standard and paper or reagent supply are confirmed against local availability before the order.
Step 5 Ship Shipment is arranged within one week of cleared payment when items are in stock.
Step 6 Commission Manuals and operating instructions ship with the equipment; serial numbers and shipment dates are recorded against the warranty period.
Step 7 Support Equipment carries 18 months of warranty from shipment; spares and consumables reorder against the same part numbers.
