What Every Lot Passes Through

Production Control

Ear tag TPU material comes from BASF or BAYER, which is what makes the finished tag waterproof, hard, durable and resistant to ultraviolet.

Technic Control

Preliminary assessment, tensile test, machine readability, high and low temperature test and sample full inspection run as a fixed sequence.

Stock and Shipment

Warehouse management improves inventory visibility, and quality, quantity and package strength are all checked again before shipment.

Where the Range Is Shown and Sampled

The Raybaca showroom in Hefei, where the tag ranges are shown on life size cattle and sheep models alongside the readers that match them.

Livestock models in the showroom carry the tags in the position they are actually applied, so a buyer can see the fit before ordering.

Readers, applicators and smart weighing devices are displayed together with the tags, which is how they are specified and sold.

The sample room holds the full ear tag range in cabinets, so visual, LF and UHF tags can be compared side by side before a frequency is chosen.

Visiting buyers handle the tags and readers in the sample room before deciding on a frequency and a numbering scheme.
